Through out my trip, this is the best place I stayed! It is like a Palace, so romantic,royal, elegant,artistic and full of good spirit and culture. it just make me say "WoW"! We liked the location - very accessible/walking distance from the central train station and to the city center. Guests can simply pick up anytime, free bottled water, and apple/banana at the reception area. The warm cookie for incoming guests is a nice way to welcome everyone. Wifi works well. Exceeded our expectations in every way (lots of little treats as well!) Fantastic location to see the real Amsterdam (not just the red light area)

Not to mention an easter basket on easter morning. The hotel is on a quiet street in a covenient location near the hermitage, skinny bridge and rembrandt house. We would definetly stay here again.
