Apart from excellent location the place is very comfortable, you have everything under your hand. You can - We were met at the apartments by Kai who explained everything for us and gave us some great tips on things to do whilst we were there. The apartments were very clean and comfortable and the location was excellent. It was located a few minutes from Dam Square, one of the main attractions in Amsterdam. There was a great view of the river Amstel from the apartment windows with all the boats passing by at regular intervals.

  I loved the whole idea of staying on a ship. The location was great as well, just a 5-10 minute walk to the Central Station area. The rate included breakfast which was good, I just wish it started a little earlier because we wanted to get out of the city to head home as early as possible. We've visited Amsterdam many times before, but we felt that staying here gave us a completely different perspective on this beautiful city. Paul was an excellent host. When we arri - I have never stayed in a houseboat before. I was not disappointed. It was a great apparment on the canal. Great view through the large windows. Excellent facilities. Very comfortable bed, good kichenette and excellent bathroom. Close to everything, shops, resaurants, but not noisy - just the right balance. I was on a business trip, but plan to go back in the Spring with my wife. Paul and Patricia were terrific in helping out and providing advice. Great service!

The view was very nice, right on the Amstel river, giving you the sensation you were actually floating. The host also provided a ton of detailed directions for us before our arrival. They were also very responsive to our emails and texts.
