  We loved the location and the fact that it was a boat! We were in Amsterdam and lived the experience of living in a boat! How cool?! Nemo was right there and you have the best view from the top and its free. The staff was very friendly and gave us some helpful tips and gave us maps. The rooms are really small but its enough, especially because you only go t - Even if the room was small, it was well organised so efficient. I was scared I would feel the boat moving since it was windy but it never happened. The people were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was also very good.

  Excellent location, all the attractions/places to visit are within 5-10 mins walk of the hotel. A canal tour and coffee shop are situated right outside the door. We had the double room with private bathroom, very spacious and comfortable. Also a little rooftop terrace with beautiful views. It is situated above a sw - we had an excellent time at residence sweets, the staff treat you like family and are lovely, our breakfast every morning was amazing and fresh.. the room was tidy, clean and spacious. excellent location near to all squares and just around the corner is canal trips and shops. we got to come and go as we pleased,excellent. we really enjoyed our stay, and will defiantly be booking again, thank you

  The staff was great! Very friendly (not just helpful, but friendly). The beds were good, the heating too. It has breakfast, and they offer coffee and tee at anytime. The location was perfect, very close to the central trainstation, and to many nice places.

  From the moment we arrived we felt very welcome. The apartment itself is stunning and spotlessly clean. Very high spec with a lovely living area and kitchen, great wetroom and a super comfortable bed. The kitchen was very well stocked with lots of fresh fruit , breakfast items ( bacon , cheese fresh fruitjuice etc etc). The apartment is in a - Dennis and Martine were wonderful hosts. Dennis is, in his wife's own words, the entertainer!!! The free private boat trip/history lesson was great. My girlfriend and I loved it!!!!! I ended up steering the boat on a hot sunny afternoon and I cannot think of a better way of seeing the city. Freshly cooked bread is delivered to you every morning and a free well stocked fridge on arrival is a very nice touch.   Romantic, chic, unique, Singel 101 was exceptional beyond our imaginings. We were thrilled to arrive and stay in this perfect, cosy but modern chic apartment. It's in the heart of the city on a beautiful canal. We enjoyed the freedom as if it was our own place and the owners had left everything to make our stay wonderful.
