- Very friendly staff, at the hotel bar we got to wait for our drinks a bit longer than expected and as an apology we didn't have to pay - excellent customer service!

Staff were so friendly and helpful, the hotel modern decoration and outlets with fireplace were so delightful. Rooms were big enough with the modern touch. We liked the location - very accessible/walking distance from the central train station and to the city center. Guests can simply pick up anytime, free bottled water, and apple/banana at the reception area. The warm cookie for incoming guests is a nice way to welcome everyone. Wifi works well. It was lovely and modern, very clean and the location was good. It was great for 2 families or 2 couples and has everything you could possibly need. The car park is great if you have a car, it is undercover and very secure.

Everything, nice couple that was very nice and helpful in anything we asked, the apartment was big and comfy, we had there everything we needed and a big kitchen with everything you can ask for.
We had an amazing view to the lake, the apartment looked new and it was also renovated.
It was a bit expensive but if you compare it to Amsterdam's prices
