  The staff were outstanding, both friendly and helpful in booking tickets, taxis, etc. We felt so comfortable and treated with such kind respect, it was wonderful! - The Staff were very helpful and friendly, the food(breakfast)was very good, in general it was a lovely stay

We liked looking around the hotel and finding out more of its history. Some reviewers inaccurately reported the hotel as being a prison previously. Perhaps some of the lower starre... что говорят » d rooms may have appeared cell like but ours certainly wasn't. - Stylish and unusual refurbishment of this interesting building, with its lofty dining room and various surprising features, make this my favourite hotel in Amsterdam. The waterside location isn't central, but it's appealing - and it's fun cycling there! - Intelligence and kindness of the whole staff, its library, its restaurant and its affordable menus, the design and originality of each room, the facilities offered to go downtown, the view and proximity of the water. The reasonable price of the parking.
