  Beautiful! The staff was excellent! The location was perfect. It is on the wall of the medina but the entrance is on the outside of the medina. So you could drive up and drop off your luggage at the front of the hotel. You could easily get around for site seeing and shopping. The room was spacious and covered in beautiful mosaic tiles.   Well located just outside the Medina. Good meal one evening and the owners wife Ben played Lute along with another friend which was really good. Loads of character and a 10 room extension is near completion.

The breakfasts and dinners were exceptional -- I appreciated the convenience of being able to have dinner there.   we were very impressed with the ryaid and its staff. It's well presented with lovely intricate detail and immaculate inside. The breakfast is amazing, we felt very spoilt. We sat there as dish after dish was brought out. Really beautiful architecture right in the Medina, which means you can do most of the sightseeing by foot. We had dinner there for 25eur pp, which I think is expensive but the food was truly amazing. Breakfast was excellent as well. I wish I could stay more time! We hired a guide through them for 25eur, which was ok. They charge 10eur for a transfer to the train station in a grand-taxi, but we took a small-taxi there for 2eur.

  Wonderfull Riad at the quieter border the medina with very lovely and helpfull staff. We enjoyed our stay of 3 nights so much! The Riad was a real arabian Palace and we felt like some Sultans or Scheichs :) We will come back definitly! We have seen some other Riads at fes but nothing was so amazing like that.
