The place is extremely nice with huge swimming pools. Everybody was friendly including the manager, the girls at the reception; Lamya, kawther and others, as well as the guys who work in the restaurant whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner. ... что говорят » ng. I also have to mention the girls at the spa who were professional and very nice. All in all I had a very relaxing time so I extended my stay for t - We only spent 4 days ovrethere , and we must admit that everything was perfect.
Pool was 27degres heated, a dream in juanary, we also enjoyed the room which was very clean.
Staff is almost presentS to give you a help. We had meals at noon on the terrasse , in front of the pool.
The All enclusive formula, is a reality and you do not have to open your purse every second.
At night, you have your meal a the huge restaurant where you'll find food that suits you.
We do recommand highly this

Nice hotel in the middle of Guerliz.
Extremely friendly staff. One of our group had to go (unexpectedly) to the hospital at 22:00 hours.
The directrice was so kind to drive us there and helped us in the hospital. Back in the hotel the staff prepared a nice meal and they all helped the patient feeling better soon. -

The bed was So comfortable. They had English tv channels. The view (atlas) and balcony. Air con was pumping. So nice to come back to after hectic time at markets. Recommend pizza by the pool at Oasis lounge. -

The room was understated luxury. Sumptuous bed and pillows. Bright white linen. Lovely design with a local Moroccan influence in its elegant simplicity. Staff were lovely, helpful but not pushy. The hotel has an excellent swimming pool, ideal for relaxing and for the kids to play. Rooms are spacious and with luxury level on the details.
The hotel is 10 min away from the medina by taxi.
