  Absolutely delightful staff, just walking through the doors of the Riad it felt like coming home. There was a wonderful family feeling about the place and a great relationship between the staff and we were treated more as family than as simply paying guests. Olivier, Mustafa, Abdu, Ai - Riad Aloes is perfectly situated in the Medina within easy reach all the markets and main sites. The Riad is quiet, beautiful and clean, a lovely place to relax in the hustle bustle of Marrakech. The breakfast of fresh fruits and croissants or pancakes was delicious. Our bedroom was very comfortable and clean. Olivier couldn't have been more helpful. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Marrakech.

  We read excellent feedback and chose this riad and we were not disappointed! We are a family of 4 including 2 grown-up children. We booked a family room for 4 and it was ENORMOUS! (Two single beds were separated by curtains.) The main bed was a wrought iron four-poster bed with nice laces around. There was no TV in - It was one of our best trips ever thanks to this Riad and Its staff. The place and the rooms are beautiful.the welcome is very warm and The staff is extremely Nice and caring. The location is ideal, a few minutes away from jemaa El fna from Bahia palace and from tombeaux saadiens. I Would definitely recommend this Riad. Nothing feels Like waking up in one of Its rooms to the sound of little birds and having breakfast on top of Its breathtaking terrasse. Enjoy

  Beautiful designed riad. Just stunning and in great location. Staff all female which makes a lovely change. However, you do need a little tiny bit of French or bring your dictionary. I think this is why they do not seem to be so helpful as other riads because it's difficult to converse when you don't speak each other's language. My daughter and I found the staff so helpful, even getting up at 4.45 am to give us an early morning call before our balloon trip.
