  Lovely, lovely Riad. William and Khansa were very welcoming . Arrived in the evening so we were very pleased with being picked up at the airport and guided to the Riad through the crazy evening traffic! We were given a delicious meal in front of an open fire, much needed. The Riad is in a very good place, with easy directions to the Sqaure ( once ... что говорят » you've done it once ) takes about 10 mins. The gorgeous roof terrace is just what you need to rest after a morning in the Souks or square. Comfortable - A very pleasant place to stay in Marrakesh. Whilst in the middle of the busy Medina, it is totally quiet and relaxing which is great after a day of exploring the Medina, sightseeing and shopping in the nearby huge souk. We were received very well and Khansa took exceptionally well care of us, on a couple of occasions way above expectations! Breakfast was excellent and different each day. We also received good advice on restaurants, shopping and things to see.

  The staff was extremely kind and attentive. They really went beyond the call of duty in making me comfortable. Outstanding service. The riad is beautifully decorated: really stunning in a traditional Moroccan style. It could be hard to find on one's own even though it's not far from the main square. I recommend using the hotel's airport transfer s... что говорят » ervice in which a staff member meets you at the taxi and shows you the way. - Only 4 minutes walking to the Jemaa el-Fnaa square, in a very safe alley. The room (suite) is big and very clean. Good breakfast than you can have in the roof terrace. The couple that runs the rial are very nice and helpful. Make sure you let them know that you want your room cleaned daily, because without your approval they will not do it. This is a brand new Riad, it openned in June 2013.

  There really wasn't anything not to like. The hotel was fantastic and although we booked a suite, on our arrival the staff upgraded us to an even better one with 2 private terraces. The service was great, food was good and the staff were all very friendly and helpfull.   Nice and fairly intimate hotel of very high standard which we picked to escape the city of Marrakech for a few days towards the end of our trip to Morocco. It was a perfect place for relaxation. Rooms are excellent, spotless clean and very spacious (we stayed in the Art Deco room, which is one of the smaller). Facilities are great (incl. a cinema,... что говорят » which we made frequent use of, and a small but good spa), and one of the pools are heated, thankfully. The restaurant is pretty good, both local cous - Tigmiza provided us with the best care from the busy Marrakech. The occasionally tachy interior design were balanced with no kids and we were absolutely perfectly met by the personal and friendly staff. We had a great stay.
