  Good location, very near a great spa/hammam (Heritage Spa- a must!).....what a bonus. Fantastic terrace with loungers to lie out on, which is often lacking in many raids.   Very nice riad. Rooms were very clean and airy. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was nice. Only downsides were you had to pay to use the jacuzzi ( when do you ever have to pay? Anywhere? ) and the noise traveled easily between the rooms. I am told all riads lack privacy and this wasn't a big issue for us ( group of mates). All in all nice place, well decorated with good staff - Good value for money! - The staff were incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming. The Riad is like a little haven of peace and tranquility. It is perfectly situated in terms of being able to walk everywhere and you get a real feel of living in Marrakesh amongst the local people. We were travelling with our two weenage children and there was enough at the Riad to keep them occupied as well as being incredibly relaxing for us. Definately would reccomend Riad Vendome

  I first stayed at Riad Chergui in July 2011 on a side trip from some business. I am happy to say that my stay this July, two years later, was just as great. Even better really. I brought my 18-year old son and his reaction was just as mine was in 2011, the Riad is jaw-dropping beautiful. It is well-located and the perfe - Excellent location - an easy walk to everything, yet peaceful enough to relax away from the hubub of the Medina Emmanuelle and all her staff were wonderful and made sure we were well looked after. We got practical advice on where to go, what to go and, importantly, how to haggle. The rooms were spotlessly clean and nicely decorated in local style. The meal we had at the Riad on the night of our arrival actually turned out to be one of the best meals we had in our whole 5-day stay - really good

We came for 3 nights and wanted to be near the main square and experience the hustle and bustle - This was the perfect place for our family to stay and experience Marrakesh. Everything was perfect. We felt like we were staying with family and were very well cared for. Our little 2 year old daughter was doted on by all the staff and she loved the experience there.
