  There really wasn't anything not to like. The hotel was fantastic and although we booked a suite, on our arrival the staff upgraded us to an even better one with 2 private terraces. The service was great, food was good and the staff were all very friendly and helpfull. We loved the decor and amenities of the hotel and it was only a 5 min taxi driv... что говорят » e to the centre of the hustle and bustle. - Staff, Accommodation, Amazing. I travel around the world and this is without question the best trip i have had for a long time. The staff where nothing short of brilliant Danial the manager openly admitted changes are a foot for the better but i could not fault this place. Simply MAGIC!

  The bed was So comfortable. They had English tv channels. The view (atlas) and balcony. Air con was pumping. So nice to come back to after hectic time at markets. Recommend pizza by the pool at Oasis lounge. - Superb customer service from the moment you step through the door. Fantastic welcome tour by guest relations staff.

It was such a wonderful experience, at first glance when you are dropped off by the taxi and walk through the narrow ally you would bet apprehensive as to wht lays ahead.   Good location in medina, very very clean and beautiful moroccan riad. Staff was friendly and helpful. Riad has very good terrace.   The most amazing riad we've ever seen. Big and spacious, yet very intimite and with seating areas all over. You could choose a new one every day! The attention to detail was incedible! The design is so cool, colonial/art deco. Beautiful and luxurious! We would love to go back. All suites were gorgeous and individual and very spacious. Extremely clean and fantastic public areas. Rooftop, pool and sitting areas all very relaxing and welcoming. Cooking class was a great experience and worth the visit to the market for produce with the local chef.
