  Any hotel on this stretch of Tulum beach can't fail to have a 'wow' factor so Rosa del Viento is no exception. The views of the sea and proximity to the sand are fabulous. The beach furniture is plentiful and the rooms are well appointed - even for a beach side 'cabin'. The staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. We had a slight problem with... что говорят » the shower plumbing on the last night (nobody's fault) and the manager was immediately there to help out and arrange it to be fixed the next morning. - The night we arrived was stormy but a warm and friendly staff made you feel welcome and a comfortable bed awaited us. I cannot say enough about the staff, from the owner Máximo and the front desk , Josep and Diana to the restaurant cadre, Jose Manuel, Marcos, Teodoro, and all the rest.It was a magical stay and although it seemed at times we were in splendid isolation, even that was fantastic with the ocean at our feet and the wind in the palms..we will definitely do it again and highly recomend

  We had a cabana right on the beach, maybe 50 feet from the water. The beach, water, and view were breathtaking. The ocean breeze was great to keep us from being too hot. It's perfect, if you value the raw beauty of nature, over amenities. The staff was super nice & the food & cocktails were really good, even by my spoiled NYC standards... что говорят » . The Hemingway is very European Boho chic, everyone was Italian. They even have 2 adorable friendly cats that hang around. It felt very tranquil a - It was a wonderful stay. We enjoyed every minute at the Hemingway. The location is outstanding, the breakfast (included) and the food delicious, and the staff very attentive and friendly indeed. The owner, Paola, was fantastic. Wonderful place for pets too. Looking forward to coming back to the Hemingway when we get a chance!

  Nice and quiet spot, bit far away from the beach but that's no issue if you have a bike, if not, taxis are cheap and everywhere. We felt at home and decided spontaneously to stay one more day which was no problem at all even if we got the last room so the hotel was fully booked. Very nice hosts!   I loved the food, everything was fresh and delicious; the ambient was also great, with guest musicians playing at the restaurant. The cabanas were also pretty good, with both fans and air conditioners as well as two beds each, ideal for families to stay together. Located near the end of the playa road, It is a 10 rooms only resort. Quiet and Peaceful. Rooms were really beautiful but were not facing beach. But it is a not a problem here. Staff was always helpful and friendly and they offer free coffee. Didn't have the chance to try the food really.Good options for snorkeling and scuba diving.
