  Loved the tiles and decoration of the hotel. The restaurant on the rooftop was superb for both the stunning views and great food and the location couldn't have been better with the square and shopping street at the front door. - The location is very good, just near by the center square.

  99% of the staff spoke English and put up with our bad Spanish. The breakfasts were included and we had a lot of choices and they were all great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was a junior suite and it was very large. The canopy bed was very comfortable. The tv had many English speaking channels. I saved the best for last and that w... что говорят » as the lobby. People walking by, would walk up the stairs to take pictures of the lobby and the fully stained glass ceiling. The location was perfect. - The Hotel itself is great, both rooms and public places, everyone already wrote about the mosaic glass roof above lobby area. And of course the old lift which unfortunately you can use only once you arrive to hotel. Guest relations service is good - I contacted them before my arrival to book some extra services and they really did their best to help me.

  There you have a lot of facilites, it is close to the metro and to the main places. The barman was just great and all the staff in general were very friendly.   Overall it was a great stay...it was a spacious and comfortable room with nice fresh air flowing through the room because right when you walked out of the room there was a staircase to the roof with a lounge area on the 3rd floor where we stayed (don't worry there is an elevator and only 3 floors high)..so it was half roofed and half open...a nice... что говорят » feel...Also allowed the sunlight to enter in the room which got us up early to enjoy our day just blocks from the zocalo...great location and the bes - The room was spacious and clean and overlooking an inner courtyard making it quiet and peaceful in bustling, noisy Mexico City. Staff friendly and extremely helpful about directions to places we wanted to go. (One of us is fluent in Spanish.) Restaurants and good street food nearby. A 15 minute walk to the Zocolo. This was our second stay, and we would stay here again.
