99% of the staff spoke English and put up with our bad Spanish. The
breakfasts were included and we had a lot of choices and they were all
great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was a junior suite
and it was very large. The canopy bed was very comfortable. The tv had

the lobby. People walking by, would walk up the stairs to take pictures
of the lobby and the fully stained glass ceiling. The location was
perfect. -
The Hotel itself is great, both rooms and public places, everyone already wrote about the mosaic glass roof above lobby area. And of course the old lift which unfortunately you can use only once you arrive to hotel.
Guest relations service is good - I contacted them before my arrival to book some extra services and they really did their best to help me.

We have stayed several times and like the rooms and lobby, and restaurant. The breakfast is pricey considering it is buffet, but there is a grand variety.

It is a very well located Hotel at Reforma Ave in Mexico city. Room was very nicely furnished and well-equipped. Also it was quiet and smoke free. Very conveniently located on the Reforma. Attentive staff. - The room was comfortable with free internet access. The room cleaning service was very good and discrete. The hotel has a nice location on Reforma.

I am already recommending this hotel - location, staff, quality of rooms, etc. - all very excellent value at twice the price. - The room was fantastic. The hotel is located centrally near bars and restaurants. Staff were very helpful, and the hotel is also very well styled.
