It was good for a transit stop. Early morning, 5am, shuttle cost $20 - The staff were very nice, breakfast was really good - alittle pricey for Mexico, but wonderful selection. Inside of the hotel was clean.

outstanding staff and there is another one, I can't remember her
name, she is tall and slim -
i like the friendliness of the staff, my room was wonderful with a jacuzzi on the balcony that was really nice...

Like the renovations to the rooms, look very nice, beds very comfortable. Happy that one member of the front desk spoke very good English, thank you!!! Loved the peacocks & parrots in the garden. The closeness to the bus depot is wonderful, very convenient. -
It is conveniently located across from the ADO Bus Depot in Cancun. Very nice set

We spent 11 nights here after seeing the good reviews. We were not
disappointed, the hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was very
big, 2 double beds, seating area, small fridge, microwave, large
wardrobe, digital safe, ironing board etc. the mattresses are hard, but
we asked for additional blankets to be fitted and this made them more
comfy.

Excellent standard, very nice rooms with big beds all white and fresh. Good facilities with gym and pool (although a bit cold!), laundry (you need to "buy" a special coin in the reception so don't do the same mistake that we did, trying all of our regular mexican pesos....)

Breakfast was great.
Good location, we used this as an overnight stop before going on to Tulum, the airport is only about half an hour away and the main bus station just down the road. Also lovely tacos just next door!
