  We stayed here only for one night after a trip to Valladolid and Tulum in order to catch a morning flight out of Cancun. The staff was friendly and helpful on arrival. Car parking was included as promised. The room was a bit sterile, but comfortable with nice towels and linens. I wouldn't have paid $400, but $203 was reasonable fo - We stayed at the hotel for 10 nights and it was wonderful.The staff was friendly and always ready to help.The breakfast is excellent but expensive.So we used cupons that they offered us at the reception and saved some money.They were always very nice to our son.I Strongly recommend the hotel

  The hotel was absolutely outstanding. Every part of the hotel was exceptional. The staff were beyond helpful, the cleanliness was spectacular and the facilities at the hotel were superb.
