  The location. It is great because just across is The Pavillion, our favourite shopping jaunt.The staff. They were very helpful and friendly. They let us check in immediately upon arrival at noon even though the check in time is after 3 pm and let us extend the check out time until 4 pm; the staff at The Bussiness centre let us use the fax machine ... что говорят » free of charge which was really a great help. The room. Spacious with very comfortable beds. Cleanliness is up to our standard and the extras like suf - We stayed in Westin for 3 nights 4th - 7th Oct 2013. The hotel is a 5 starts, staff friendly and always smiling. The breakfast is amazing with a lot of variety I really love it specially the bakery section was really lovely Room is specious and clean Kids club is nice but not for free 20 MR for the first hour then 15 MR per hour The hotel is in the heart of shopping area opposite there Pavillon and with 2- 5 mints walking there are 4 to 5 big shopping malls and nice restaurants Defiantly

  Everything is so well-organized and stylish. Amazing staff assures avery pleasant stay in modern, clean and comfortable rooms. The transportto main terminal by buggy takes 2 minutes and from there to lcc-t bypublic bus (1,5 MR/person) is ca. 15 minutes.   the Resort Was Well laid Out, The Food Choice at the Breakfast buffet was different on all the 3 days and was attended with very friendly staff. Ms. Kumari was always there with a smile and I suggest that you all look out for her at your breakfast table. I am very happy that I did my booking at this resort throu - A good location in the middle of Johor & KL whereby just need a very short journey to reach a peace and relax resort. Although the sea is not clean enough but we are enjoying while sitting at rooftop as it comes with sound of waves & sea wind. Interior design is nice, especially have chosen lots of wood furnitures and materials. Chinese restaurant at 2nd floor is worth of money, their foods are so delicious!

  Easy accessabillity to all surrounding placeses, excellent sevice provided by the entire staff cleanliness and value of manoy. I highly recommend this hotel. - everything was great. It was a delightful place to stay in and this hotel is located on the best spot of KL right next to the Twin Towers
