  A perfect hotel for family stay. We were upgraded with a two bed room premier on 16 th floor, though we were on the other side of towers but still the garden view was beautiful. I loved the concept of having city view while in bath tub, it was so fascinating at night time that I missed it badly while staying in other hotels. We really enjoyed our stay at this place and would definitely like to stay here only next ti - I loved Somerset Ampang, my apartment was very spacious, modern and clean. The staff are very friendly and courteous and the facilities superb. I used the rooftop pool and gym every day which was great to wake up in the morning or refresh after a hard day's work. The location is also very good in the embassy quarter and near to Ampang Park metro station. KLCC is also walking distance so was perfect for the convention centre.   Grand Deluxe has a curve window wall with good view. Near to amenities and carpark is secure & safe with guard station full time at each level. Room is very big and spacious. - Poolside restaurent good. AC in rooms excellent. Staff friendly.

  The compound is relatively new, very clean, the apartments are spacious and the swimming pools and other recreation facilities are fantastic. Supermarkets and restaurants and other activities are withing walking distance. - The room was spacious, spotless, well appointed, had excellent views and very secure. The staff and amenities were great.
