Location was perfect for food, bars and generally getting around.
It pays to walk around the area as the traffic is a bit hectic at nighttime.
The hotel furnishings are dated but can be considered as Retro. A fresh coat of paint would give it life.
All in all the staff where great, all smiles and very helpful. The rooms where clean and tidy and

The location was the best with walking distance to any place 10mins away and the free bus ride within the city area overing KLCC and main halts like the Pudu bus station, Central market, Bukit Bingtan shopping area etc. Cleanliness was ok. Friendly staff and especially one called Robert bell boy/driver was very helpful. Good swimming pool including for kids. Good view of the city skyscrapers from the rooms. Value for money and very spacious.

I booked for a 3-night stay at the superior room, looking at the existing photos thinking it might be a bit run down. But to my delight, I was placed at the premier floor, where the rooms/ floor(s) apparently have been refurbished. It was a big room, and so was the bathroom. I cant express how great the stay at the Pacific Regency was, I found the staff very friendly and accommodating always willing to help and assist, the Hotel was immaculate, great food, awesome breakfast, rooms had a kitchenette which was great also a large fridge (very rare to find full size fridge) I have 3 children under 3 1/2 Years old and had heaps of room to play in the room which also included a extra bed and cot. I will definitely stay again with the family infact organizing another trip

This is my second stay at this hotel and they really exceeded my expectations. Everything was amazing in this hotel, the Staff were so helpful, whoever you ask about anything they will make sure that you get the premium with less money especially when we were asking about the tours. The hotel is situated in a great safe location, 10 mins walk to the Petronas Twin Towers, 1 min walk to the Monorel Station that connects well with the KL Central Station and the airport train from there - Nice pool, excellent exercise room. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a suite that was spacious. First class staff throughout.
