  The staff were friendly and knew me as this is my second visit to the hotel. My request for room with window were met and again it was a breeze to check in. - Convenience,friendly staff and very helpful, fuss free check in, rooms are comfortable with big bathroom.

Hotel location is quite strategic but due to the current construction in progress, the location is a little bit far from bukit bintang.   I liked the staff more. Most of them were friendly especially Vishwa. I come from Ghana and am telling all my friends to lodge at this hotel when they come to Malaysia - The room was clean and has a nice smile when we enter and the bathroom was nice. Despite, some bad comments i gave i do recommend this hotel.
