I had water leaking infront of the toilet and as soon as I informed the Manager on Duty, this problem was immediately attended to and within fifteen minutes the problem resolved. Fantastic. The hotel also provided me with the type of room that I requested.   Great hotel. Big room (even the chepaest one). Excellent location close to the river. Lots of food option within two minutes walk (go left to the hotel for upscale dining along the river and right for cheap local food). - I liked the breakfast served and also the view from the room and the staff is friendly.
