  I loved the location of hotel, maybe not outside area but it was handy to buses and all areas when walking. The Hotel was beautiful only 9 rooms and staff very attentive. Breakfast was delicious. Scrambled eggs and Nasi Lemak was out of this world! - Staff were exceptionally good: friendly, efficient and couldn't do too much to help. Great privac - The heritage house is very pretty, décoration inside is tasteful and original. Location is not in the historical centre but a 10min bus ride leads there easily, safely and cheaply until late at night. More over, staff is super friendly, super helpful and super sweet.

  We're a group of 9 stayed for 4 days 3 nights. We booked 2 triple room and 1 double room with extra bed. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful! On our first day of arrival, the reception staff introduced us list of things to do and place to visit in penang. Hotel room are clean and neat. Mr Liau helped us pre-order the char kuay teow, unfortunately there - Stayed for two nights with two other friends and it was great! The room is very clean and looks new. Got to choose our own pillows. If you want anything (I.E.: praying mat, iron, hair dryer, etc), just ask and they will provide it with no charge. The staff are very friendly and informative. Near to the main road to catch a bus/taxi. Near to Komtar to catch the free bus trip around Georgetown (2km). Wifi is provided in the room. A great value for money. Would definitely stay again.
