  All the staffs I met from the time I checked in to checked out, all of them extended attentive, friendly , speedy and provided the services to us as a client needed. I am particularly impressed with the security service. I did not noticed his name tag as I was very busy carrying my mum from the wheel chair into the taxi. The taxi driver refused to send me and my mum to the destination because of her wheel chair could not fit into th - Everything here! The room is clean and nice, the bedsheets and blankets etc are all clean and the breakfast is awesome! Parking within hotel compound is provided too. I would say we enjoyed the time we had there and wished we could stay a little longer. Really value for money.

  Upon my arrival a welcome drink was served and I was attended with very friendly staffs. Along the way I was tour around on a buggy before reaching my Villa. The interior of the villa was welly designed and decorated. The amenities provided was well planned. The most impressed me is the welcome card with a complimentary fruit on the desk. Dont miss to drink the real natural water that offered by the hotel in your room in the oriental Ipoh's pot.
