  We booked Superior room and requested for connecting rooms but due to non availabity, the hotel staff upgraded our room without additional charge. It's close proximity to shopping, eatery and airport. My kids love the pool and bicycle which is available to guests. Almost all the time we stayed here, we got a room upgrade.   We stayed for 7 nights on a business trip.The staff are amazing, and friendly!!!! We found the value for money was brilliant! The hotel organised a tour guide called Sam that was outstanding! Keeps pointing to a map with no links when directed from the parent group's website.
