Our stay was great. Rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. And it has all the basic amenities you need. The staff are very are very friendly & helpful esp Kooik & Christine. Warm and friendly staff is definitely a bonus!
The way to the guesthouse is very steep but it is just a 5 mins walk to Myeongdong station and the shopping district.
Overall we were very satisfied with the stay and would definitely stay there again!

The location is really nice, in a cool neighborhood close to the main attractions of the city but not too crowded or turistic. The manager speaks great English and is really keen on giving good advices. He was really kind and helpful. The room was OK, we spent 2 weeks there and everything went fine ! Месторасположение отличное, рядом остановка автобуса, метро. Персонал дружелюбный (встретили на остановке вечером, разъясняли нам все, что было не понятно, как добираться до экскурсионных мест. Разговаривают на английском. Предлагался легкий завтрак, хотя в прайсе завтрак не входил.

The staff with Alps Seoul is very helpful.
The owner is a nice and friendly to us. Plus he gave us lots of suggestion of the sightseeing and eating information. Mr. Chong is the man I would like to give him a thumb up and with his helpful hints that we can discover Seoul without problems. Even though he lend us T-money card and send his staff to help us to reload the card too.

Love the Plaza! The staff are so friendly, the location is fantastic and the rooms compact but comfortable. You can tell the class of hotel from the Hermes toiletries and the Nespresso coffee machine alone - not to mention the Eric Kayser pastries for breakfast. -
