  Convenient & easy driving distance to major attractions & local dining options located in south Jeju-do. Two female employees at the reception desk spoke & understood English very well. One was helpful in recommending local pork bbq restaurants & wrote the name in Hangul for us so we could read the signs as well as also provided th... что говорят » e correct phone number to input into our gps. Another young lady helped us to set up the gps for another location we wanted to get to. We had a very n - A very convenient location and value for money (considering the fact that it is located amongst 5-star hotels). As it is situated within the Jungmun Tourism Complex, most of the tourist spots are within the area - Yeomiji Garden, the waterfalls, Teddy Bear Museum, Jungmun beach etc. There are many eateries and convenience stores within and nearby the hotel too. Breakfast selection was good too. Friendly staff - always ready to help :) Most importantly, the room had a very clean toilet :)

Thouhg it was expensive, but it was really nice, breath taking view, very spacious rooms, friendly staff, nice resturants, excellent breakfast, Dinner with the Volcano Show was nice, very nice indoor and outdoor swimming pools for kids and adults, nice relaxing facilities at the beach, and great idea for the barbeque at the camping area but we did not try it :).

Definitely will be back again! - Concierge staff were extremely helpful and supportive in planning our day trips and itineraries, arranged for transport, walked us to our driver and translated - just unbelievable! Always 3 or more people at the desk never had to wait. Great overall hotel facilitie and restaurants. Spa treatments were also unbelievable.
