Good location ,easy to reach subway and outing around

Conveniently located near an exit from the subway. Staff were very friendly and helpful, with a very basic understanding of the English language. Breakfast was excellent with a combination of western and Japanese. Will stay there again.

The were 2 small problems we encountered. 1 was with the air conditioning. We visited in October and it was still a bit warm. The first couple of nights the air con was fine, then management switched it to winter mode. Had a bit of trouble communicating this to staff, but somehow they managed to rectify the problem and we had cool air for the remainder of the stay. The 2nd problem was no in-room wifi, had to use main one in the lobby.

So very close to Awaza Station of the Chuo Line. It is a skip and a hop away.  There is a Family Mart (a convenience store) close by. A lifesaver when you dont have energy to go out to dinner. Their bento meals are decent enough. This hotel is located in a business district so it is relatively quiet and peaceful.  There is a park nearby called Utsubo Park. For joggers and walkers and dog owners alike. Oh my goodness. The dog park is so beautifully  designed and manicured.  Breakfast is not too bad. Maybe not to western taste but good enough for all Asians. And its complimentary of course. They've added some western food such as croissant, sliced bread, spaghetti and sausages. Staff speak some English which is very useful The stellar feature of this hotel is its onsen hot baths. Mind you, they do have timeframes for men/women. Just follow the timetable and youre good.  Clean clean rooms.

Hotel location, price and room clearance are very satisfied. High recommended for their breakfast!

Staff are so nice and helpful. Although their English isn't very well, they will try their best to offer help. The breakfast was also excellent.

Abit dusty and see a cockroach in room .... Not allow to extend check out time , and have to pay extra if delay..... 10am check out is bit early .....

I liked the public bath in the hotel. The hotel room is rather spacious compared with other comparable business hotels in Japan. The free breakfast buffet is excellent in its variety of foods.

- Room is a bit old and room's door looks unsecure - No wifi

Both room and public bath are very clean. The hotel is in the center of Osaka and the price is very affordable. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The rooms are really small and most of them are just in front of the highway.

Public bath present the local culture, have a nice experience. Breakfast was good too. Not all staff speak English

room size and bath room really small, we never shower inside our room, instead, we went to the public bath for shower. It'll be nice if they have cold pool as well.

The location is awesome, just 100m from subway, then u can go to anywhere u want. It's the best choice for choosing the hotel near subway.

Kind of breakfast is a bit .. not impressive but it's ok if u dont want to

The room...... No room for suitcase at all, could not swing a cat in the room, not suitable for anyone with luggage... Be okay for a backpacker with a small back pack... We relocated to another hotel... Internet was very poor

Breakfast!

I requested a non-smoking room when I made my booking however was given a smoking room. I think putting a non-smoker on a smoking floor or in a smoking room is unacceptable.

very old things in the room, cheap room door, did not have free wifi as advertised in letsbookhotel.com

Not clean, old, stuffs are not helpful, bathroom has bad water system
