  We loved the apartment with sea view and private balcony. Ennio and Giovanna could not do enough to help and make our stay very special. Lovely people. Sitting above Vieste the Residence is exceptionally well signposted and certainly with Sat Nav it is easy to locate. Breakfast was superb (we stayed 5 days), with a wide variety of choices. Great value too and I guess you will know by - The extreme friendliness and helpfulness of the host couple. The location and views. The allocated parking. The variation on the very good breakfasts. The peacefulness. The size, cleanliness and décor of the rooms with good pressure hotwater always available, The rooftop terrace relaxation area. We booked for 2 days and stayed for 3 because the whole experience was so enjoyable. We were given coffee, wine and snacks in the evening as gifts from the hosts. It is a gem of a place.

Before our arrival there was a miscommunication with letsbookhotel.com concerning the number of people we were (we were traveling with a small child and a baby, which actually does not really count as "person"); the hotel staff ended up providing us with a free crib; the room was a bit tight with the crib and... что говорят » the extra bed, but on the other hand we had wonderful views on the sea and on Vieste from our balcony. Excellent buffet with fresh food; probably har - This is an awesome hotel. The staffs are very friendly and knowledgeable, facilities very clean. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. We asked for a room with a view, and got a complimentary upgrade to the 4th floor with a beautiful large terrace. We could use the wifi in our room. Breakfast is delicious, with fresh ricotta, freshly baked bread, etc. The hotel is in a quiet location facing the sea. The daily 20 minute walk into town along the beach is very nice. We loved it.

The inside is basic, but par for the course in the area. - Hotel with beautiful views, next to the private beach with your own sunbed and sunshade. Clean rooms (towels change everyday). If you are looking for quiet vacation it's a perfect choice, because there aren't too many turists.

  After having one week in the Villa Coppitella we did look to stay longer. The place is beauty full on the top of a hill outside of the village. 3 min by car and you are in town. Better is impossible. Staff is very kind and supporting on a very high niveau.
