  The hotel staff was very polite and extremely helpful. The hotel room is spacious and grand, quite medieval venetian style. The hotel gardens and the surroundings are fascinating for an early morning stroll. Do eat in the hotel even though it's expensive as their executive chef menu is something to behold. The staff was extremely helpful...5 star service. The location is also perfect. The shuttle worked like a charm. The breakfast, which was included in the rate, was excellent.

  The hotel is ideally situated for walks to the main city centre andclose to the water bus. The staff were extremely helpful and the roomwas kept clean regularly throughout. - location was wonderful, and the hotel itself and its staff were divine!

  This is a top notch hotel. Very nice rooms with nice big bathrooms. We received a room upgrade so I can't speak on a standard room. Our suite with adjoining rooms was, however, excellent++.
