  Absolutely fantastic! We have enjoyed ourselves a great deal at the hotel. Perfect location, excellent staff, comfort, view, breakfast, etc. - beyond all praise!   The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and funny! The location couldn't have been better - central to everything with excellent views - Staff extremely friendly and helpful, beautiful rooms, perfect location in Venice, great food!

This Hotel is a 4 star but was a 5 star by our standards. The staff were the best we've ever met, the hotel is brand new and modern, so beautiful and very well located. We loved the location and the big breakfast. The room was small but I was prepared for that after reading the reviews. We went just before easter and got a great price - I would not have paid the standard rate during peak season - too expensive and too many tourists. Overall, a brilliant holiday. Glad I picked the Albergo Bonvecchaiti.

  I always think when you see peoples remarks you still take a risk with hotels, but i have to say all the comments were spot on, fantastic hotel, absolutely lovely rooms, clean, new and stylish in every way, ok we had a bit of a job to find but that was our own doing.... only a walk to st marks so great location and the hotel back entrance is right ... что говорят » on a canal if you want to arrive in style! - Excelent hotel located very central in the heart of Venice.Appox five minute walk from Marks sq and Rialto Bridge.Staff ere friendly and helpful.Hotel is over 500yrs old but recently refurbished to a very high standard.The hotel is filled with character.Compliments of the hotel we were given a bottle of sparkling wine and a jacuzzi bath in the room,nice touch as we were on honeymoon..

  the location was brilliant. got on the grand canel and the water taxi stopped right at the hotel front door. staff and room was all very nice. breakfast was the best we had during our two weeks in Italy.

  The hotel is just beautiful. It's a three hundred year old Palazzo that has been meticulously restored, with great attention to detail and luxury. Our room was quite outstanding - extremely " high tech" ( comment from our 21 year old who was very impressed!) combined with traditional, lavish furnishings - drapes, pelmets, wallpaper, furniture ; if... что говорят » you are into design and interior decorating, this is the place! We felt very welcomed and " at home" in beautiful surroundings. The staff were incred - This hotel was our favorite from all of our hotels this trip. The location was perfect for walking everywhere and easy access from the water taxi at Rialto bridge....just remember to turn at the Disney store and you'll always find it! We did eat in the restaurant one night and it was very good. Our waiter was excellent and I'm pretty sure he is the only Italian waiter to have smiled at us our whole trip (no joke!) We also had a couples massage one evening. Though I would not say it is a "spa"
