The hotel is very lovely and comfortable. I went in summer and Venezia
was very very warm. They provided fan in the room but the room is
already in good temperature without the fan. Although the hotel
didn't provide breakfast, they provided kettle,
tea/coffee/snacks and fridge in the room. The staffs were
friendly too. Finding my way to the hotel was confusing especially when
it was your first time being there. The hotel staff was very kind to
pick us up in Piazzale Roma as we arrived late afte. все обзоры »
The location is very good, very close to the bus station and to the railway station, but in a silent small street. (The check in room is only one minutes away).
The receptionist lady was extreemly kind, she gave us a map and offered the walkways by herself (without asking).
There is no breakfast in the price of the room, but in our romm there were: packed bread, marmalade, instant cofee, and tea, which I highly apprecaited.
The garden and the corridor is watched by a camera, which caused my saf.
Excellent excellent staff. The lady at the reception was extremely helpful. Lots of info ration on the wall. Nice cosy room with cute designs. 5-minister walk to the train station, the waterbus terminal and the supermarket called COOP.
Proximity to the railway station and to the Grand Canal, while the room itself is in a quiet sidestreet a bit aside on noisy streets. Luggage room in case of early arrival. Polite staff. Especially good for short stays.
The hotel was clean and in a great location. It was fun to have your own key to a green door on a street in Venice that led to a lovely courtyard and then your room. The fridge was very useful.
It is few minutes from the train and bus station. Also close to the check in place. The rooms are big and the street is calm. The woman at the desk was very kind and helpful.
location was prime, considering all the steps in venice, this hotel was only 2 bridges from the main train station.
Location and proximity to the heart of Venice. The hotel was very well kept and beautiful. Loved our stay.
The hotel is close to the railway station, but is situated in a quiet place. The staff is helpful.
Location was very convenient
Price was very good.
Basic room but comfortable.
Spacious room. Close to the train station and vaporeto stations.
It was near the Grand Canal, the bus and train stations.
- Spacious room
- Close to the train station.
great location
quiet at night
great price.
Friendly people.
The location was excellent. Literally 2 minutes walk from the train, bus and water bus. The staff were really friendly and more than happy to help where they could. Venice was just a gorgeous place to visit.
the location. it was really near the train station and piazzale roma that is where you arrive from the airport.
Good location, in the centre, quite seemed rather secure.
The hotel was close to the Venize Main Railway Station.
the location is quite good so need to waterbus stop.
Location near train and vaporetto.
Location near train and vaporetto. There is no breakfast in the price of the room, but in our room there were: packed bread, marmalade, instant coffee, and tea, that’s fine. The garden is watched by a camera.
The hotel was quite far away from Piazza San Marco and Pont de Rialto
about 30-40 minutes walk. However, the way to go there was quite easy
and memorable. So, it was impossible to be lost along the way.
No Internet access.
Far from the city centre (but here you have to choose: either the railway station, either the centre; for us the first was more important). Difficult to find the reception. No outside signs at all. The reception and the rooms are in different buildings (but quite close to each other). The room is rather small and uncosy. But in spite of all this, for us the positive overbalanced.
The people in the next room could have been a little more considerate in keeping quiet.
The room had a lot of humidity. Probably they mop the floor and let it dry with the window closed.
the beds were uncomfortable and there was no wifi.
The shower is too narrow. Check out is 10.00 A.M.
Having to check in somewhere different than where staying was a little inconvenient.
It's a bit confusing to find the place.
The check-in office is separate from the actual rooms.
A clearer map would be more helpfull to potencial travellers.
It was quite basic. Would prefer air conditioning, bigger shower but presumably that is why the rate was so low . Venice is historically interesting but not a place we'd want to spend a lot of time due to the hassles and expense of dealing with water transportation.
- The lady at check-in wasn't very friendly.
small and dark room, but this is quite normal for a budget Italian room.
There is not The hotels name outside.
Unfortunately there was no air conditioner/heater. The room was quite cold and had to add extra layers of clothes. Water was lukewarm and there was no soap for the shower. We only stayed 1 night so no big deal to buy some from the local store which was just up the road.
there was no wifi and the room was poorly lightened.
Tiny room, ever been to Alcatraz? very similar. Single beds that you could feel the springs through the mattress. No coffee, tea or drinkable water. Some one had used the jug for cooking, there was a greasy film on the water after boiling it.
The guest rooms were far away from the Office/Receptionist. We had to walk 2 meters to get anything done.
the room is just too basic
not that worth.
Having to check in somewhere different than where staying was a little inconvenient

No Internet access. It was quite basic room.
Water was lukewarm in the evening. My TV isn’t working for whole day (only radio).
