  Sorrento Apartments is a 5 on all questions. I picked Sorrento apartments because the price was completive and the ratings were higher. I made my reservation kind of late but I still requested a bath tub and a lower floor. I figured asking can’t hurt. They were able to accommodate me on both request and I got a balcony suite. Everyth - Sorrento apartments was a joy to stay at, the staff were courteous and very friendly. we stayed in the 4 person apartment with the balcony. we were over in Sorrento for our wedding and a number of times we had around 20+ people in our apartment and they happily accommodated us. the balcony was able to hold 20+ people with sun beds, table, chairs and even a little pond provided! the apartment was clean and fresh and the kitchen fully kitted out for self sustained living. the bar below happily br

  It was faultless. Even had turndown service! The staff were so helpful and the facilities excellent. Seemed more like 5 star than 3-4. Cant understand some of the comments on the LetsBookHotel.com site about distance from town - my 12 year old daughter had no problem walking this and there is a hotel bus that makes transfers at regular times. Prior to our arrival they arranged a private van tour of the Amalfi Coast for our group of 8. The rooms were extremely clean. The breakfast was good and the view from the 5th floor breakfast room is stunning, right at Vesuvius. All the rooms have a balcony with a view. The rooftop pool is beautiful. Free shuttle. Rooms were as pictured on website

  We were very well taken care of by the hotel staff. They were hospitable, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much, especially the friendly atmosphere in the restaurant.   Great staff!! Staff are friendly and profession. I met this staff called Lello at the frontdesk, very funny and friendly, he will do his best to remember everyone's name. For some personal reasons, I have to change my reservation from 4 night to 1 night.
