  The place is very warm and inviting. Theo's smile was embracing and welcoming. It was very quiet and green all around, and the location near sirmione and the high-ways is very comfortable. The decoration is beatifull. like a big mantion-house - Rooms were clean and large, pool was good and overall was very well maintained.   Very nice hotel, with friendly, helpful staff. Perfect location for viewing the village, castle and Grotte di Catulla in Sirmione. Nice breakfast. Small, single room, but perfectly fine for one person. - best value for money, breakfast has very much improved since our last stay in 2011

  Excellent location on the side of Lake Garda. The spa pool was great as we could swim in comfort inspite of the fact that it was raining most of the time. Car parking is provided a few minutes walk away from the hotel but the porter will it take it to / collect it from the car park when required The room was spacious and very well appointed.
