  Close to the public beach. Almost new rooms (in second building). Very nice and friendly stuff, who offered the free and tasty coffee everytime we walked by. Good breakfast (don't forget to ask for scrumbled eggs). Not so far from the Sirmione center (less than 5 minutes on a car). In room there were two additional beds-transformers. They have a very nice terrace where you can sit and watch the world go by. The rooms are small but clean and functional. Some have a balcony overlooking the lake. The staff is very nice and helpful. The staff recommended a boat ride around the island, 40 Euros, and a trip across the Lake to Lazio. Both were excellent. The breakfast was extensive and delicious.

  It seems the hotel has been refurbished recently. furthermore they have extended the wireless LAN to the several floors - and it's free. very friendly staff. the prices for dinner and the bar are ok. it is a quiet area inside Sirmione. - Good location. Very helpful and nice staff. Nice and comfortable rooms. Great breakfast.
