  The hotel is in 3 minutes by foot from the Termini metro and bus station. There are just four rooms for guests in the apartment, so I faced only once one of my neighbours, and I could easily go to my bathroom just in towel without fear to be seen. The room is equipped with hairdryer, fridge, heater and airconditioner. The host woman Flora is an am... что говорят » azing person, so kind, open and friendly! She cleans all herself, gives us water and sweets. - Flora, the owner, was incredibly friendly. We felt like staying with our own Italian family. Whatever we asked her for (boil hot water for tea or recommend some places to visit etc) she immediately did. The fridge in our room was also a great asset. If I go to Rome again soon, I will definitely try and stay there.

  This hotel was perfect for our stay of 5 nights. The room was spacious and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was a bother to them. Simona on the reception was especially friendly and helped us to find places. She also spent time chatting to us. Stephano was particularly helpful. Paulo at the front desk was very helpful and spoke impeccable English although I tried some Italien. The breakfast was delicious, our room comfortable and spacious and very clean.

  The owner is very nice and always willing to help. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The walk to Vatican city is less than 10 minutes. At Vatican city you can catch the hop on and hop off buses that take you to all the major sites in Rome. The train station/bus stop is about 2 blocks from the B&B. It cost us 16 Euro to get to the airport ... что говорят » via the train and it was about a 30 minute train ride. The B&B is located in an apartment building. There is a bakery near the building entrance. - I mostly liked the spacious room with the terrace! The heating was excellent too and you could adjust if its too hot. Very very clean! Highly recommend. I was with my mother and its within walking distance to the vatican so the location was excellent. 10 to 15 minutes if you walk slowly. The owner was very helpful too!
