  Friendly staff, very helpful. Held our bags for us even after we had checked out. I noticed how clean it was, especially the bathroom! Very happy with our stay and the best part for us is that we felt very safe. Reception had to buzz us in so we could go upstairs to get to our room. Good breakfast included. Was concerned about making reservations here because of negative reviews, but we found none of the problems mentioned, and we would definitely stay there again & recommend it.

  I appreciated the courtesy and helpfulness of Marino, the owner of the B & B. He is extremely kind and professional in the way he runs his B & B.   Joey at the reception was very kind and helpful and gave us lots of tips about the city. The suite was nicely furnished and decorated, its clean and quite. The location is good next to "Barberini" metro station and lots of bus lines that will take you to the main attractions. Many restaurants near by. Joey set us a limo to the airport for - I had a fantastic stay at Tolentino Suites recently on a business trip that I brought my partner with me on. It lived up to the reviews, in particular Joey who manages the place was very nice and helpful. The best thing about this B&B is the location, so easy to get to everywhere of interest, and there is a metro and taxi just down the road about 100m.

  There was no guest reviews at the time of booking, however I liked the simple and elegant description of the rooms and the photos on the web. All web information was very accutare and I wouild have gladly stayed longer. It was wonderful how quiet the room was for such a busy central location. Perfect, and all staff were extremely pleasant.   It was very clean, they cleaned the bathroom and changed the towels everyday and also made the beds every day. We had warm water all the time, they also had a kitchen with fridge, cooker and microwave oven. We stayed in a 2 rooms apartment and we had shared bathroom but that was not a problem as we never intersected with the other guests. There are some supermark - Location right around the corner from Rome Termini Station. Easy access to trains, Metro, Express Buses to both airports. Very helpful, friendly front desk. Specialy Mr.Ali was a great man with useful information Supermarket,and Post Office very close. Felt very safe at night. Would stay again.

Supermarket across the road was perfect, fresh baguettes in the morning. Around the corner 4 restaurants (we ate in 2 of them)- value for money. It is a short walk from Termini Station (drop off for airport busses) and start of red busses for hop off and hop on (best way to explore Rome). The location was perfect it was close to Termini station, but wasn't too close to it so outside it wasn't loud at all. You could easily walk from there to the main attractions. The best part was the service. There were two people working there Constantin and a young girl, who were very friendly and always willing to help. Constantin speaks good English and gave us many advices on what to visit, how to get there,

  Very close (about 100m) to train station, big, bright comfortable rooms, nice and clean, staff very friendly and helpful (but only there between 10 and 4 daily). Free Wifi.
