Location was excellent for navigating around Rome. Right next to Ponte Umberto short walk to Castle Saint Angelou and Vatican, even shorter walk to Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. Rooms were comfortable and cool which was much appreciated in the summer heat. Staff have excellent suggestions for places to eat and its location was very easy to get

We really enjoyed this hotel! Right from the entry way to the hotel room! The hotel is down a cobble stone street and you really get the feeling that you are in rome. The location is perfect! The breakfast was really good and the staff was friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to others. I stayed in two different hotels in Rome, and I preferred this hotel and location.

I loved the location, the building itself, the staff were lovely and polite. I liked the ability of having my own key and no curfew. The building had character and charm, the location surrounding the building was lovely to walk around at night with nice little restaurants and it is easily accessible for buses and trains. The apartment hotel was in an excellent neighborhood in terms of proximity to sites. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and discovering excellent bars and restaurants. It was also convenient to shopping. We had friends come stay with us for a few nights and could accommodate easily in the apartment. - location near vatican was great. room

The owners of Residenza Rioni made this stay so enjoyable. Choosing what we wanted to eat for breakfast and at what time it was to be delivered to our room was a very nice quality- especially when your visit to Rome is short and you want to start your day early.
The owners took care of our flight needs, including calling us a taxi and printing out our boarding passes.
The rooms we also extremely clean.

I stayed there 3 days. The location is very good: near the railway station Termini (it is especially great if you use the train to/from the airport), walking distance from the downtown and 1 min from metro. Fair breakfast (juice, yogurt, croissant, coffee, an egg). Nice staff. 24 hrs reception. Wi-fi in the rooms but not in the back yard. -

Brilliant location, could walk to bascillica in 10 mins, the Coleseum in 15 mins. Lots of nice restaurants within a few minutes walk. Piazza Navona is also very near.
We didn't need to get a taxi during our stay, only back to the bus station on the day we were leaving.
It's all about location, location, location!!!!! Right in the centre of Rome you couldn't get much better. Fabiana is also a great help. Stay here definitely.

The hotel was clean and pretty. The location could not be any better, as it is right across from the Spanish Steps and the Spagna train stop. The first person who was at the desk when I arrived was incredibly helpful and nice, and had them clean my room for me first, since I was so tired from my plane ride. He also told me where I could go at night that was not full of tourists. The breakfast served in my room was also very nice.
