  First of all the staff were all amazing. From the brilliant Mariella at the front desk to the senora cleaning the rooms. It is close to Roma Termini station and the main bus station too. Just a few minutes walk. The rooms are big and nice. Also quiet. No traffic noise from my room on 5th floor. You get all the help you need from the staff. The receptionist helped us with information about the city (map, how to get to the sightseeings, transport etc.). Room was clean and well-equipped, looked fresh.   Staff was very helpfull. Breakfast had a lot of variety and a good way to start the day. Hotel just steps from Metro and buses. Rome was very easy to navigate with public transportation - Roof top terrace and staff were excellant, had stayed here before,excellant location for sightseeing.

They dealt with every single request immediately and gave great advice on places to visit and local expertise on prices and timings of trips.
