  Excellent location, very convenient commute from/ to airport by bus, or rail, as it's close to Termini hub. Staff treated us with courtesy and we had a bunch of pleasant micro surprises upon check-in: like free wifi, though initially declared at a charge, free and refillable mini-bar for the whole three days of our stay, etc. However, I don't thin... что говорят » k it's a sure thing for absolutely all guests ever. The hotel was quite clean and I couldn't imagine what to find a fault with. They also have a prett - We used this hotel for a two day city break prior to a Med cruise from Civitavecchia. The hotel is brilliantly located as it is 2 mins walk from Termini Station where the airport express train terminates and also trains run regularly from Termini to the port. The hotel is also adjacent to the first stop on the hop on hop off bus but also within 20 mins walk of many attractions.   What a great place to stay - close to Termini Station - and start oftour bus - this hotel has a shuttle to and from the airport - everyonewas very nice and wanted to help make our stay more enjoyable.   Hotel Clarisse is lovely. Simple rooms but clean and comfortable. However it's the staff that make it a great hotel. They go out of their way to help you with your traveling plans around Rome and make you feel welcome. Sergio in particular was wonderful to us. I would stay here again simply for the service. - The hotel staff were all very nice and extremely helpful. They assisted with setting up tours and transportation. They even packed our breakfast to go, since our tour departed before the restaurant opened. We didn't spend much time in the room other than to shower and sleep, but the rooms were comfortable with good air conditioning (August!) and doors that opened to the courtyard. We were able to walk to many of the major sites. It was lovely.
