The rooms are spacious (We had a triple room). The lift is very small. Not suitable for disabled people with wheelchair - Hotel was newly renovated and clean. Hotel staff were very helpful to our questions. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience not staying in a hotel chain but an actual unique hotel. It is very centrally located near the train station, all of the tourist stops, plus very near to open markets. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again if ever in Florence. - The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were modern and very clean, internet service was available, and the staff made excellent recommendations for restaurants. The location was outstanding - a block from the Duomo and other major attractions, as well as walking distance to the train station. The hotel was quiet and without street noise. Perfect for families, singles, or couples.

We arrived very late at night and had difficulty getting a taxi and when i phoed the hotel to explain we were going to be delayed they came and picked us up. A very pleasant experience all round.   We loved the hotel and the staff!. We stayed on two separate occasions and had two different rooms, both lovely. The staff was always professional and ready to assist in any way. The recommendations for restaurants outside the hotel were good and located near the hotel, for convenience sake.
