  Staff (Larisa) made us feel at home and was exceptionally friendly andhelpful. Location was perfect for our stay - close to the train stationand major sites.   Parking on site, the place was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was surrounded by nature, quiet. Well equipped kitchen and a great place to rest for a while. Would have to stay longer after much travelling, however had to move on.   Everything! Nicola was an exceptionally friendly host, and his family were wonderful even though their English was not as good as his. The castello and grounds were beautiful and the views from the tower room were literally breathtaking. This was probably the single best stay my wife and I have had in our lives. And be sure not to turn down the chance to have a meal at neighboring Le Pietre Vive for the cha - Great host, beautiful and rustic surroundings. The associated farmhouse restaurant was wonderful and breakfast was tasty and served as if you were in your grandmother's kitchen.
