  Above all the sincere kindness of the hotel staff, never experienced this level before. The spacious room with perfect bed and pillows. The quiet and beautifull area and relaxing atmosphere. The pool and poolbar with good food and drinks for very reasonable prices.

  It was my wife's birthday. Room service brought up a nice card and some great little snacks while we were at the beach on the day we arrived. The pool and spa area was incredible and very luxurious . Located right on the beach which was a 2 minute walk from our room.   We loved that it was on the beach, my kids really like the fact that our room had two floors which made playing hide and go seek so much more fun. After living in Europe for a year we have missed air conditioning, it was very nice to be able to use it again.   Comfortable, clean apartment with views and easy beach access. An excellent location to explore Tuscany by car, and a great value when staying a week or more. Stocked up with supplies at the Fonti del Corallo shopping centre in Livorno. Dishes, cutlery, towels and bedding were provided. I didn't have a car, so he frequently gave me rides to the bus stop or straight to my destination. The campsite was wonderful and the tents were super comfy. Plus the meals in the dining hall are not only affordable, but really, really tasty. I can't recommend this place enough!
