The room was spacious, well designed and clean. The air-conditioning worked well and the wifi was fast.
There was a communal kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, and sink. Coffee and tea were free.
The owner was very nice and friendly. We could leave our luggage at the hotel after checking out.
The location was good as it's very close to the Florence SM train station. Even though the rooms are on the 1st floor, the owner helped us with the luggage so that's not a problem.

Greve was a lovely location and Antico Pastificio was an excellent place to stay. The Thursday night pizza party was a highlight of our stay in Italy. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short; Sandy, Monica, and Marco were extremely helpful as we revised our plans. Top ratings all around.

The view was fantastic and the location was nicely tucked away from the busier areas. The close proximity to the beach was another plus. We stayed in early June during the week before high season really started and it was perfect. The beach was quiet and water was cool, but not too cold to swim in.
