We loved our stay and will be r - We were exceptionally pleased with the flexibility of the owner as we arrived later than planned and she guided us right to the hotel. Cinzia was actually willing to drive down, meet us and lead us up if we needed her to. Besides being wonderfully accommodating, she also made several great suggestions for dining and shopping. Cinzia was so friendly she immediately made us feel right at home. A terrific experience and well worth the trip.

Thanks - What a great hotel! Our suite was huge, clean and well appointed. The proprietors thought of every detail, from house slippers to coffee, complementary sodas in the frig and chocolates for my children, dinner reservations and cabs - they really could not have been more accommodating. I highly recommend Firenzesuite for everyone, but especially for families.

  The hotel is small, but lovely and the staff are very kind and helpful. You can't beat the location--so close to many of the main attractions of Florence. Due to road closures because of flooding in our area of the USA, we missed our flight to Florence and arrived 2 days late. Our expectations were definitely exceeded! The breakfast was the best we h - This was a super hotel in an awesome location for Florence. The rooms were large by European standards and beautiful. Very clean, quiet, comfortable and well priced. The manager of the day, Sebastian, was beyond helpful and even came to get us when we got lost driving in Florence - so the service was above excellent service. Also the breakfasts were super and were very complete with eggs, bacon, fruit and breads. I absolutely would stay there again!
