The room was clean, had airco and modern. The staff is very friendly, prepared to offer assistense and even the cleaners tried to help when you asked something despite the fact they didnt speak english.
Location is great if you like the beach. Short walk to the beach, centre of town and restaurants.

Excellent value for money and close enough to centre to walk; 15/20 minutes. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Parking can be a problem but after the first night we were given a space in the hotel garage round the corner. Best if you have a small car. Our room 414 was spacious enough for 3 nights with a balcony and a very modern bathroom.

It was very nice and confortable, the rooms were modern and had every facility, breakfat was really good. They rent bikes so you can visit the city faster! But anyway, its just a 10 minute walk away from the Duomo, which I think is the main attraction, the hotel is close to a supermarket and different shops, cafes and restaurants, I really enjoyed my stay, the staff is pretty kind and helped me with everything i needed.Totally recommended!

The hosts were very welcoming and very helpful. Location was excellent, very close to shops and a good local supermarket, plus a range of restaurants close by. Free parking ten minutes walk from hotel. Great view of the mountains and Alto from room 315. This studio was very suitable and covered our needs.

A gorgeous true Italian B and B with a great hostess. The room was beautifully made every morning and was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with lots of choice.
I'd recommend staying here to all my friends and family, it's an ideal quiet location, close to the seafront, market and train station.

Very friendly owners, nice small hotel in the middle of the old town of Prato. Front rooms sometimes a little bit noisy as there is a small parking lot and a small street in front of the hotel, back rooms quiet. Also good for a stay to visit Florence as there is a bus every 15 minutes (weekdays) or every hour (sundays), you can also take the train. Very reasonably priced - will surely come back
