Hotel staff were very helpful to our questions. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience not staying in a hotel chain but an actual unique hotel. It is very centrally located near the train station, all of the tourist stops, plus very near to open markets. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again if ever in Florence. - The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were modern and very clean, internet service was available, and the staff made excellent recommendations for restaurants. The location was outstanding - a block from the Duomo and other major attractions, as well as walking distance to the train station. The hotel was quiet and without street noise. Perfect for families, singles, or couples.

  This is truly a great place. Very nice and helpfull staff and nice rooms. I was lucky to have a room with a terrace and the view down the valley. The hotel is located right under the historic center, easy to acces the city, in about 5 minutes walk. Restaurants are all close. - Great Hotel with superb staff and very nice place.

We arrived very late at night and had difficulty getting a taxi and when i phoed the hotel to explain we were going to be delayed they came and picked us up. A very pleasant experience all round.
