Packed with fami - We stayed in a very spacios family room in this caracter house just outside Favara, whcih is only a 10 minute drive away from the Valley of the Temples. The owner is most gratious and did everything possible to ensure a memorable stay for us and other guests. A family run Italian restaurant he recommended in Favara (King Bar) was very authentic and non-touristy. The house is spotlessly clean and breakfast which is served on a terrace is absolutely fantastic.Kids loved to play with the two dogs,

  We loved Laura and her staff at Musciara Resort. They were professional and extremely attentive while also being warm and very approachable. Breakfasts (and lunch and dinner, if you wish) were delicious and served on the terrace right at seaside. Ortygia is a - This was....Paradise! An oasis of rest in the bustling life of Siracusa. Nice and friendly staff. Although only 3stars rated, it is worth a 5 star resort. The only one with a private beach, it was just great to start our trip there. For the boys they even could use a kayak which they enjoyed. Breakfast was amazing when comparing with Italy standards.

  Just perfect ! Lot's of space, TV, nice bath and shower, huge terrace with chairs and table, little kitchen, good break-fast, very friendly at the reception. Just at the end of the main street in Lipari.   We adored this hotel. It's beautifully decorated with antiques etc. The location is perfect for the old part of Taormina and they run bus transfers to a couple of beaches for €8 and €10. If you arrive by bus and are unfamiliar with Taormina we recommend getting a cab to the hotel as it would be difficult to find initially. In fact as soon as we would arrive in reception they would leave whatever work they wer - Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff - a very pretty, small and intimate hotel. It had a very nice terrace area for relaxing in the heat of the afternoon and our room had its own private terrace too. Breakfast was extremely good, with lots of choice and some local specialities which we liked very much. Quiet, but convenient for the centre of Taormina.

  Rooms very comfortable and clean, with 2 bathrooms in the 3-bed room and large roof-top terrace in the 2-bed room - superb! Very nice and helpful staff. Fantastic location in old town. Although parking was almost 1km away, they arranged a free shuttle which worked really well. Breakfast was fresh and had a very good selection.
