  Fantastic location for shopping and sightseeing in Milan. Could see the Via Dante/Piazza dei Mercanti from our balcony. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Had a wonderful meal at a very authentic italian bistro, 18 Novello, on their recommendation. Suite was spacious and elegant. Hotel is set in an historic building with 12 foot ceilings.   Everything! The staff was amazing! Even before we arrived, we had contact with staff asking if we needed any services upon arrival. After our arrival, they were helpful with making our stay more enjoyable! When we walked into our room, it was beautiful, comfortable, and smelled great! We left wanting to return and to stay at Hote - I like it that the room was furnished stylishly and everything seems new and well-maintained. The propriataria, I think, was so nice and kind that she showed me to my room and didn't mind that I wanted to practice Italian and took time to let me and restated all that needed to pay attention to in English. The breakfast was such a heaven! Food was healthy (fresh fruits, juice, water, bread of all kinds and eggs and bacon) and there's live classical guitar play!

  The hotel was very nice. There were lots of facilities including cooker, crockery, cutlery, washing machine, dish washer, sitting area, dining area, sky tv. We only stayed the one night therefore too many facilities for a one night stay. Would have been better with a bigger bedroom for the short stayers.   The Spa!! I wasn't aware of the size and scope of the spa when I booked the hotel. I was there for the cycling but according to the 5 others in our group (not cyclists), I'm a genus. The spa is absolutely fantastic - and included in the price. There are pools, tubs, mud baths, hot pools, cold pools, saunas, steam rooms, quiet rooms for napping, ou... что говорят » tside, inside, deep, shallow, hydrotherapy, waterfalls... You get the idea. And all with the natural mineral water. You also get free access to the Ba - Thermal water pools excellent!!! Our room not too big but very confortable,clean with balcony. Nice surprises for guests- each atrenoon glass of wine free for quests,Friday&Saturdays buffet with excellent wine. Very elegant and good restarant.Very,very polite service.
