  Everything. From the moment we booked, we were treated like first class clients with an introductory email sent to us to thank us for booking, asking us if there was anything they could do to help. Throughout the stay, the hosts could not do enough to help us out. The room was fantastic, beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, well stocked, class... что говорят » y and stylish. As for the staff there, they can't do enough for you, are so friendly and were a delight to spend time with. We'll be back as often as - We really loved the warm welcome from Uta and Francesco, quite overwhelming! Nice little upgrade to the junior suite which overlooked the quiet rear courtyard. We were offered eating suggestions for Bergamo and a little map, umbrella incase etc. Just so helpful in everyway The location of the hotel was ideal walking distance to city alta .Fantastic views and nice little bars/restaurants.

  Very neat and clean apartment with great views of the lake and lovely, expansive grounds. Has all facilities for self-catering and 2 supermarkets within easy walking distance. Washing machine in basement with drying racks also very convenient. After staying in hotels with meals provided it was nice to cater for ourselves, plus cheaper too. - Ev... что говорят » erything! The setting and the grounds are terrific and in the evening we would sit outside enjoying a bottle of wine and the spectacular setting.

The room was lovely and always very clean, the views from all windows/balcony were amazing, as were the views at breakfast and sitting by the pool. The pool was kept very clean and quite cool, but perfect for the hot weather. The gardens were gorgeous when we were there, the lavender everywhere was spectacular.

  The hotel was very nice. There were lots of facilities including cooker, crockery, cutlery, washing machine, dish washer, sitting area, dining area, sky tv. We only stayed the one night therefore too many facilities for a one night stay. Would have been better with a bigger bedroom for the short stayers. Definately a small quaint village. - Staff is very polite, excellent service, we had the car to the slopes and return, free of charge in 2 minutes after calling for this kind of service. Rooms were cleaned 2 times a day, free mini bar. Just brilliant

  I loved the accommodation. Both the living room area and bedroom had patio doors leading to a balcony overlooking the lake. We had breakfast brought to our room, which was a lovely luxury, and a small kitchenette area where we could make tea and snacks. The whole experience was very relaxing. Very friendly and welcoming. Standard of accommodation exceptional, we had a suite with private terrace which was worth the extra cost.
