  This is a real country side hotel. Very nice contrast after the crowdy and noisy city. Lots of space, very nice and helpful staff and management. We've been travelling in Italy for 2 weeks, and this hotel has the best restaurant we ever met in the country.   Babu stood up for his reputation being an excelent host. Room is spacious, clean, simple and eficient, relaxing big double bed, bathroom clean and large. Tv + a/c very good. Also wifi connection. The location is excellent. 3 blocks from termini. I searched Google Earth before and it was easy to get there. I recommend this hotel and I would return back with great pleasure. - I stayed there over the weekend with my friend. We appreciated their flexibility; we did not have to pay extra for late arrival (around 22pm Friday), we could leave our luggage after check-out until late afternoon hours of the day of departure. Overall experience positive. Staff is very helpful. Croissants offered in the close-by cafeteria as breakfast were really delicious.

  Clean room with sea view. The hotel is just a few meters from the beach. It's very true that the hotel need to be repaired however from inside everything was clean and comfortable. - Staff were very helpful. Nice and close to the sea and only a short walk to the town.   The hotel is about 15 minute walk from the main train station Termini which can be used to explore all of Rome. The Hotel is 4 star and it shows. The breakfast was excellent and the service outstanding. We actually didn't have a hotel room but stayed at the Apartments managed by the hotel (400 metres) away.
